We invite you to join us Friday & Saturday evenings for dinner to enjoy our signature tasting menu.
We also offer a once-weekly pastry pop-up in collaboration with LIttle Table Bakery on Saturday mornings from 9am-12pm. This service is first-come, first-served, and is take-away only.

Each month we create a menu inspired by seasonal ingredients gathered from farmers, foragers, and the sea. Our tasting menu features five primary and four secondary courses, and our tea menu consists of three courses and their accompaniments.

Reservations are released at 12:00pm (noon), on the 1st of each month for the following month: August 1st for all of September, September 1st for all of October, October 1st for all of November, etc.
Reservations for 1-4 guests are bookable in our dining room, and parties of 2 will be seated at a shared table. Please contact us should you wish to make a reservation for a larger party.
All reservations are booked and pre-paid through our Tock page.

Please allow ample time to enjoy the experience you have booked and keep in mind that the dining experience starts promptly at your reservation time. Guests joining us for dinner are requested to arrive between 18:00 and 18:15 to be seated and enjoy welcome bites and bubbles.
While we recognize that unforeseen events occur, the nature of our dining experience means that late arrivals will not be able to enjoy courses that have already been served,
Kindly keep in mind that refunds and reschedules are not offered in the event that you arrive late.
During service, we can be reached by text at (Insert # TBD). Kindly keep in mind that we are a small team and will prioritize the guests we have in-house. We will respond to your message as soon as we are able.

We include a service charge as a part of each booking. This charge is applied toward the restaurant’s costs in an effort to ensure the highest possible quality of service and allows us to compensate our team members.
While additional gratuity is not expected and is entirely optional, all additions are pooled and equitably split among our dining room and culinary teams.

If you would like to cancel, change, or reschedule your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your booked date and we will be able to accommodate the request with credit for a future visit or a full refund.
Reservations at Walden become final, non-refundable, and cannot be modified, rescheduled, or canceled within 48 hours of the reservation.

Our team is always happy to open special bottles from your cellar.
Our corkage policy is $45 per 750mL bottle (standard size), up to two bottles. magnums are $90 per bottle, limit one. We kindly ask that your selection is not already represented on our wine list.

Due to the length of the dining experience and the tranquil ambiance of our dining room, young guests are welcome to join us provided that they participate in the full tasting menu and enjoy the good company of their guests.
